Records Being Requested

Be as specific as possible — this is the most important part of your request

Include record type, date range, department or individuals involved, and any identifying details such as project names, case numbers, or permit numbers.

Tips for a faster response

  • Specify the record type — email, contract, report, meeting minutes, permit, invoice, etc.
  • Narrow date ranges result in faster turnaround — open-ended requests require significantly more processing time.
  • If you know a project name, case number, or permit number, include it.

Preferred Delivery Method

How would you like to receive the records?

Fees may apply as permitted by the Colorado Open Records Act. You will be notified and given an estimate before any charges are incurred. By submitting, you acknowledge that response timelines are governed by CORA.

A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide once submitted.
